Below is some information on our support plans.
We provide on call support that is good if you do not have any issues
that you know will require daily assistance. Depending on the support
contract, we respond to your calls within a period of time decided on
the service lever agreement.
We do this on a pay-per-call basis (billed in units of 1 hr) or on a
pay-per-block basis where you can purchase blocks of hours for each month.
The later once will come out to be more economical if you expect a certain
number of minimum hours work at your location every month. You can always
change the kind of plan that you are on at any time once the current block
is used up. Please contact us for details on all of our plans.
4Site Solutions also provides on-site support. This is available on both
short and long term basis.
- Short Term - If you have some new
service or product being launched, one of our representatives can be
available on site to ensure that it is functioning the way it is supposed
- Long Term - We can provide staffing
at your location for any kind of deployment or support giving you the
flexibility to interview and choose our consultants.
